The Zero is the slowest, I had to increase my sensitivity a little bit, not a bad pad but not exactly my type. The Hayate Otsu is a bit slipperier, but at the same time has just the right amount of control. The main difference I would say is in the overall control. They both offer great initial movement control and stopping power. It feels rough but when you glide your mouse it feels really smooth, the Hayate Otsu is similar but the surface does not feel as rough on your arms. The Zero was designed to be similar to the SteelSeries QcK line up.Īll are very good, but most of my time was spent on the Hien. According to Artisan's website, the Hien soft is the most popular choice in Japan, with the Hayate Otsu soft being the most popular outside of Japan. All are soft except the Zero which was mid. I have the large Hayate Otsu, Hien, and Zero.
